The Brightbox Control Panel
The Brightbox control panel is a web based system for managing your Brightbox account. Currently it can be used for ordering new Brightbox services but in the future will be used for rebooting your Brightboxes, monitoring your bandwidth usage and much more.
Accessing the Control Panel
Visit the Brightbox website (https://www.brightbox.co.uk) and click on the "login" link at the top right of the page.
Enter your username and password and click login. You will have chosen the username and password when you made your first purchase with Brightbox.
If you signed up for the pre-launch offer you won't have used this system and we'll be adding you to it shortly. You'll receive an email when your new account is created.
Changing your password
Login, click the "My Details" link in the left column, set and confirm your new password at the bottom of the page and click the "apply" button.
