The Brightbox Control Panel

The Brightbox control panel is a web based system for managing your Brightbox account.

Currently, the Control Panel can be used for the following:

• Changing your Brightbox services, such as upgrading your Brightbox product, adding a new IP, or extra disk space.
• Rebooting your Brightbox
• View graphs for your server's CPU usage, disk IO, public and private bandwidth usage.
• Viewing your shared MySQL cluster details.
• Viewing your invoices.
• Add other users, so they can access your control panel Multiple users and accounts
• Raising support tickets.

Visit the Brightbox website (https://www.brightbox.co.uk) and click on the “login” link at the top right of the page.

Enter your username and password and click login. You will have chosen the username and password when you made your first purchase with Brightbox.

Login, click the “My Details” link in the left column, set and confirm your new password at the bottom of the page and click the “apply” button.
